If yes please tell us what rank(s) you've had and anything you feel might be relevant: The only prior staffing experience I have on Garry's mod is Icefuse MilitaryRP. I was a Moderator on the server and then ended up getting caught up with life stuff and couldn't be as active so I ended up leaving to focus on that. But I have a decent amount of staffing experience and reputation held up on other games as well as I believe my professionalism shows throughout. Why do you want to be staff on our server? 75 word minimum required.: I want to be staff on this server because I believe I would be a good fit into the server and I would to help influence this server in the best way possible while keeping order throughout. My mature and experienced personality with PoliceRP gives me an advantage over other applicants while also giving an advantage to helping and influencing the server. I am the current Assistant Chief and I want to dedicate myself to helping this server throughout the best I can and I believe I can do that the best throughout a staff position. I personally enjoy the server already and I want to see this server succeed and surpass other servers, with my skills to help I believe this is possible. Why do you deserve to be staff? 100 word minimum required.: I deserve to be staff due to my maturity, dedication, and my experience and I believe this gives me an advantage over other applicants. I have an extraordinary amount of resolve and a chill tone, and I believe this helps with keeping players on the server and I enjoy giving people second chances. I also know when to get serious and when to deal with situations, I also know how to deal with stressful experiences throughout character and an understanding to deescalate situations. I want people to follow rules, but I understand when people are having fun and no ill intent. I will not be witch hunting players or holding grudges as it is my job to me the mutual party throughout situations and help lead mitigation to resolve said issue. Through all the reasons I went over and explained throughout this short piece.
