Ever since I bought GMod, I have loved playing it with my friends. It is such an interesting game where you can talk with others and make new friends. I have always wanted to become staff because I can talk to even more people and learn more about the server, game, and its players. Personally, I enjoy helping people, and with staff, I can continue to do that. I believe I can help to make the server a better place.  [b]Why do you deserve to be staff? 100-word minimum required.:[/b] I believe that I will make a good staff member because I have good communication skills, am respectful, know the rules, and truly want to become a staff member. Being able to communicate with others respectfully and convey thoughts easily are key qualities of a leader, and I believe I can do all of those things. I have no bias and know how to look at both sides of a story and make the best decision I can. I have read the rule book and know the correct and incorrect things to do (Having played for 100 hours in total on similar Police RP's) from experience. Although I don't know everything about ULX, having the basics down and good friends to help will make the learning process quicker. Finally, truly wanting to be staff to help others and make the server a better place is the best quality one could have. Having the passion to do so means that you want to learn and do what is right, and that is why I believe I would make a great staff.
